My favourite Highbury moment was probally being there when Wrighty broke the record and f***ked the Tshirt thing up by doing it a goal too early.

Also a good memory is the game after the squirrel, there was a banner saying.........

Whats the difference between Spurs and the Squirrel ?

The Squirrel has more Champions League Experience LOLZZZZZZZZ

4. The West stand. I used to always be in the block closest to the North Bank (the family enclosure) and I miss how we used to sing we're the west stand, west of Highbury and then the North Bank would....

We can get that back this season now boy.

Used to love the "North Bank Highbury" chant. So many football songs are replicated by several different clubs but that was truly unique to Arsenal and Highbury

That is stunning. I don't think I've seen it before. When's it from? 50's?

Yes, Oct. 17th 1951, it was the second ever floodlit match at Highbury - a friendly against Glasgow Rangers.

This was the first ever floodlit match at Highbury, played a month earlier on Sept. 19th 1951 against Tel Aviv:

That Rangers one has got me thinking. That website are offering a 102 cm stretch canvas print of it for £149. I wonder if they could make one bigger.... ive been looking for a piece to dominate the back wall of my living room for ages. It would be perfect.

I will put on record though that the nineties-era North Bank Stand was not worthy of being in that stadium. It was simply the wrong size - it was a botch job - and the view from the upper tier was crap. You had to lean forward to see the whole pitch because the roof obscured your view!

That would be brilliant - it's definitely an image worthy of adorning a living room.

At least it is gradually coming back at Ashburton. First time was the Braga game but since last season, it is coming back in force. Almost as if we have rediscovered our identity.

Download the picture onto a USB Key and bring it to a print shop - they will be able to do a quality enlargement but prob not a Canavas Print - and get a Frame from anywhere or custom made.

What a picture though quality - just having the Old Bill leaning over the barrier adds to its appeal.
