same old shit. plenty of ball, no end product, how many times have we tested their keeper? as usual. what the f**k was up with the substitutions?
not enough attacking quality to break side slike this down and our poor defending generally costs us. given newcastles result ill take a polnt but it's another poor result to add to the seasons list of below par performances and same old stuff.
and diaby ends the game limping off.

more dropped points, must win last 2 games now.

1 point cushion if Tottenham and Newcastle win their games in hand.

Gonna be tight.

Actually a point gained on Newcastle, who now with their game in hand, still puts us above them no matter the result.

Boring second half. Stoke was not as defensive as they used to be when playing against us. Not a good game from Arsenal. I can only hope that the point we've got here will be enough int the end. Next: Last home game against Norwich.

Frustrating to say the least.

And did Diaby just limp off again? Just f***ing get rid of him already, he is done, finished, we need to accept that a tackle ruined his career and be done with it.

We've always found Stoke difficult, but our fate is in our own hands.
I'm out, pushed before I could jump.
It was fun.

Burn short, burn bright.
Always Arsenal.

My other haunt.

Tough team at their home, we could've done more but that's what you get when you rely solely on one player to score.

I don't know what's wrong with Gervinho, he played really good before he left for the Africa Nations Cup, now he looks like a shadow of himself. Rosicky is a bit burned out too along with RvP, thanks heavens we have Song and Koscielny to take care of business at the defensive end.

Chamakh didn't look bad actually. Had a good flick that should have been read and a shot fired off of. He held up well twice against two players and I think with more time actually could have provided something on our set pieces in the air if brought on earlier.

Diaby looked calm in possession, almost to calm like he always does. Thought he got a lively attack going on two occasions though with some good vision.

Ramsey I thought was much better today than what we've seen in these past few weeks.

Can't access the site from my laptop, so I'm using my cell. I'll quicky post my thoughts before I can't log in again:

*I'll take the draw but I'm losing my patience with the mediocrity that we have at this club. We clearly needed the three points more, and we still couldn't get it against a team fighting for nothing :BangHead:

*Rosicky by some distance was the MOTM, imo. Song second. Everyone else were clueless and below par, especially in the second half. Nobody (bar Rosicky and Song) was opening themselves up, taking risks, creating chances, etc.

*We were lucky Newcastle dropped points today, but you can bet Chelsea and Spurs are going to close the gap with the two games they now have in hand :BangHead:

Ramsey's performance and Van Perise's return to form are the big positives I'm taking away from this game...as well as the point obviously, could have so easilly gone away with nothing after that scramble after thelong throw.

We are still 3rd not because of our superiority, but for other teams being worse than us, aren't we?

The scoreline was not bad actually. It was the way we play that concerns me.
And Newcastle can forget about goal difference. The gap is 17 now.
