Santos injured

Gibbs was supposed to be out until January, but he's apparantly been training for a week or 2 now so might be a bit earlier. Are we rushing him or is he really fine though?

Either way Miquel better see some action. Again, Eboue would have come in handy here as the utility man.

We know that Wenger had no intention of buying during the transfer window but he might have no choice now. We have 4 CB's playing and if any of them were to go down also we'd be in serious trouble.
Saying that he will probably try to get by on a wing and a prayer and hope we get players back sooner than expected. If so he would be playing a very dangerous game that could pretty much ruin our season if it went badly.

The guy has probably forgotten what playing LB is like when his majority game time has him on the wing.

Thats top 4 gone for me. Vermaelen cant play there all season and we know this will mean some of our suspect defenders will get alot of game time niw as Kos and Mertesacker will not play all game. And hell no Gibbs is not the answer.........he's not that good and is one of the most injury prone players in world football. If Wenger is counting on him being fit rest of season, then Wenger is a moron

He'll suffer a setback before he returns, all of our players do. We'll see him in Feb.

1. Wenger shouldn't have played him in such a pointless game
2. We shouldn't have sold King Eboue
3. Why are our injuries always concentrated in one area?

When you say concentrated on one "area" do you mean like the whole damn squad as the "area?"

Because we're bound to be super thin in one area when we have 10+ players out at any given time.

I can't remember the last time we weren't top of this table... and it's not alphabetical.

This could happen in any game. Santos was our only left back all season....thats the gamble we took. I dont count on Gibbs as I think he's a pointless player and would have been gone long time ago if he wasnt English. He's very very injury prone and not good at all
