Ju Young Park will join La Liga side Celta Vigo on loan for the 2012/13 season, subject to the completion of regulatory processes.

The 27-year-old forward has made six appearances for Arsenal last season, scoring once, after joining the Club from AS Monaco in summer 2011.

He heads to the newly-promoted Spanish club to maximise his opportunities for first-team football.

A South Korea international, Ju has played in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups. He also represented his country this summer in the 2012 London Olympics, where his two goals in six games helped the team to a bronze medal.

Everyone at Arsenal wishes Ju well for his time at the Balaidos Municipal Stadium.

Doesnt he only have a year left on his contract? so we will not own him by the end of this loan with him going in the army? what a joke.

I refuse to believe Park is worse than Chamakh, he simply CAN'T be.

He isnt. Look at his goals to games ratio.

I dont understand what went wrong with him to be honest. It couldnt have been due to his performances on the pitch.

I remember he ran offside quite alot in the game against Bolton, but then made up for it by scoring that beautiful goal with the inside of his foot, great curl into the far corner.

I'm glad he has gotten out of the hell he was brought into. I don't believe Park is a bad player and I definitely think he's good enough to get some games for us. No idea what Wenger was thinking hijacking that deal then never playing the poor sod. Good luck to him

Has been looking that way for ages. Chamakh doesn't have any intention of leaving and that suits AW's I-don't-like-buying-players plan down to the ground.

Chamakh will be a bit pissed that hes gone from second choice last season to third choice this season but hes a lucky bastard to be honest to still be at the club.
