Really weird one to rate. Crap first half but really good second half. Nik could be rated anything from 4 to 9 as could most of the others.

Ches an 8?

Do me a favour, the gargling of his man juices has reached ridiculous proportions.

Completely missed a ball and injured Sagna and didn't have anything to do for the rest of the game...

His 'distribution' was good though :hiding:

He came for a ball that he shouldn't have come for and flattened him.

Just what we need, Eboue at RB.

I was in the bog when that happened, heard it but didn't see it.

I was being sarcastic about the distribution.

Fantastic, glad he can command his box as people have said.

There were two instances in that match alone that suggests he doesn't command his box and well as people say he does.

1) Flattening and injuring Sagna and getting nowhere near the ball

2) When he came for the ball that Djouoru headed behind, Djourou clearly said why didn't you say anything

Our defence has improved massively in the past few weeks largely due to the team and Djourou, has Ches even been tested yet?

Other than the save against Man Utd and Smith in the early stages of the CC has he even been properly tested throughout a game?

Seems he is getting a lot of credit for our defence improving in the air massively, and its not because of him, its because Djourou can't be beaten in an aerial battle.

Had a bit of a nightmare coming out for that cross, should definitely have stayed on his line. I thought he did well later on though when, on the odd occasion, he was called in to action. It's harder when you have long quiet spells.

He hasn't made any major costly errors as fabianski has though. He's a young keeper, still learning and the two errors you list are typical of that. The only way he will improve is by playing and there isn't much between the two Poles ATM IMO.

Good points GG. In the air, we're a completely different team now, and it's it's 98.85% down to Djourou!!! Every cross seems to go to his head!!!

With him in the team we're no longer that team that's afraid of crosses, corners and freekicks!

I am not saying he was bad at all, but not deserving of high marks, Fabianski would have been crucified for that.

But he isn't this super mutant GK, i don't think he has been better than Fabi was, he hasn't had anywhere near the level of saves to make IMO.

How long have I been saying we need HEIGHT at the back?
