That's what I mean, I mean it's not ok to say you can't or shouldn't. I think that is probably what the pink thing is about.
Basically some bell end in HR got their panties in a wad about assigning colours to gender in a nutshell.
Pink for girls / blue for boys so they told their employees to not state it, the issue is when these w*nkers talk back to you and be awkward when you state "Where's the pink clothes for girls" or whatever my auntie said and then some poor jumped up PC warden say's "Erggh well we're not allowed to say that anymore so we avoid saying pink" or something along those lines, I wasn't there but that's what was told to me.
