What’s everyone’s favourite benefit from leaving the eu? Which things had the biggest impact in making life better for you?

That's your standard is it? That they're not the Nazis? Oh well that's ok then

On another point, I said that the things I said would happen are now happening......and you've gone on a disingenuous rant about no food on the shelves..... something you know very well I never said

Ooh ooh no more free movement through European Airports, and needing extra travel documents like ETIAS from January, and needing to pay extra so my phone works in Europe....those are my favourites so far

We got the jab rollout quicker, we lifted restrictions from covid quicker, we are able to cut our own regulations and amend our own laws.

He's saying we have the ability to amend.

Basically the UK is now self governed, that's the prize.

How we apply that is all down to us now, point is we are now free to do so.

That is the way it should of always been and the palming off of our governance to non unelected beurocrats from Brussels is never an answer.

Not sure how any Remain fan can overcome that objection tbh?

EU electing their own leaders without anyone voting for them is a big no no.

Not quite. We'd have had the EU negotiating on our behalf which would not have enabled us to undercut them and get our order in first. It's why the EU whined and whinged about it because we got one over on them.

What's got worse?

What's got worse due to self governance, nothing!!

Don't even try to mention inflation or energy prices etc .......that is a global issue, it can't be solved by any one country's government.

Anything that's "worse" is happening in America, Europe, everywhere.

Well the billions we spent on the referendum, on negotiating brexit and all the shite paperwork it caused for those exporting goods (and people processing it) could have been spent on the NHS.

Yeah. My NHS is wage is worse than 15 years ago. Nevermind inflation. The take home pay is actually less money for the same hours. Insane really.

Don't worry though, your unionised work place will protect you because at least you can protest by going on strike right?

Oh sorry, forgot about Liz's plan to effectively ban unions

Oh well best just suck it up then? Makes you proud to be British. We got our country back

The whole NHS should of gone on strike at the peak of the pandemic. Unfortunately people at the NHS and other care type jobs care about others too much to really f**k everyone over like that.
