Brexiters are the ones acting with dignity over the referendum.

So if Brexit had lost, UKIP would have disbanded and we'd have never heard another word about the issue, right?

No, UKIP would have experienced an SNP-style surge in support when the EU backslided again on a "deal" with a member country.

Farage even said before the vote that if it was 52-48 to Remain he'd have still been calling for a second referendum.

Last time I checked Farage was not Prime Minister, who cares what he thinks, he doesn't call the shots.

Plus the Tories could have put in a 60% approval requirement like Labour did with the first Scottish Parliament referendum in the 70s with a turnout limit. But they didn't so the result stands despite the lefty metropolitan whiners' impersonation of the EU in demanding a revote because they didn't get the result they wanted.

So, May it is. Tories will probably call for a new election soon, with Labour in shambles and all. f***ing Corbyn.

Nah we'll be fine, Leadsom had good ideas but she didn't have the political muscle to get us a a good deal from Brussels or stabilize and reassure the business world of Britain's steady handed future.

Theresa for her faults has that political muscle we'll need, I'm happy with the appointment, she is the most qualified.

............ at least with our "buck stops with the British voter" power if she does anything domestically we don't like we can get it reversed in 4 years.

My guess is though she'll be so busy negotiating Brexit she'll be too busy to screw anything up back home.

Never thought I'd see the day where the thought of May being PM would make me happy. But today does!

I've waited my whole adult life to see a real left wing Labour leader, and we get Corbyn The Useless. A man so insignificant as Labour leader that he doesn't have a hope of beating the Tories even when they are this much of a shambles.

I predict Chuka Umunna to be Labour prime minister in 2024 or thereabouts (election after next, whenever that occurs)

What damage will be done before then, on top of what has already happened, I shudder to think.

Turns out it's tough to lead a party when a large portion of them are constantly plotting to undermine him.

Whatever Corbyn's strengths and weaknesses are, he never had a chance with the amount of backstabbing and bullshit going on behind the scenes. If/ when he's ousted as leader I'm officially done with the Labour party.
