Seems perfectly reasonable that they have the same right to bid for NHS contracts as part of a deal, as long as its reciprocal. Indeed, the NHS doesn't have to choose the Americans.
Who runs the NHS?
The Health minister ie Central govt
Who is central govt?
Tories
Who wants to privatise the NHS?
Tories & the Brexit party ie Farage
What does Brexit require?
Deals with other countries
What do the Americans want?
Unfettered access to the NHS
You got the votes for the narrowest of victories off the back of the '350m to the NHS' bus and immigration.
You now have America getting their privatised healthcare talons sharpened to dig into the NHS and their Tupperware ready to fill our supermarkets with hormone/chlorine chicken etc.
Countries like India etc. Are demanding loosening of VISAs for workers and students as any part of a deal so they can replace the EU workers you get rid of.
You're handing it to people that'll take the money at whatever cost because they're willing to no deal us into WTO with no concrete deals in place.
Now you and the other right wingers are shifting position on the NHS like America swooping in wont be a problem.
This is classic Brexiteer behaviour.
