Not that funny, but at least you now know you were talking shit.

No question the NHS needs more funding, but that has bugger all to do with immigrants or politicians imaginary cuts, and yes as you now concede, it has everything to do with us all living longer and the massive increase in medical and medication treatments now available.

FYI - Rwanda is lovely, there are many places a wealthy UK resident can retire and live like a King, why not try Rwanda?

And DG suggesting illegal immigrants are part of the problem is misleading because they are only a very small part of the problem (almost insignificant) compared to the ageing population?

Have we seriously got people on here going on about the NHS being crap because of immigrants? Is that seriously the level of basic level muppetry this place has sunk to? The problems the NHS has.... and it's the immigrants?

I don't even want to explain why it's stupid. I feel that if you're an adult and that's your level, then there's nothing I can say.

Depressing.

Read what has been written ...... the answers you seek are all there if you just read.

Immigration, legitimate and legal, has always been an intrinsic part for all developing nations ... illegal immigration or unsanctioned economic migration has always been a disaster and rightly is illegal.

Legal immigration no problem indeed it should be encouraged, illegal migration send them back. If unsure then a three month wait in Rwanda seems a small price to pay for the LEGAL chance at a better life in the UK.

The NHS is fecked because the bleeding heart brigade believe in endless money trees and that everything should be free. Deep down we all know that remains just a fantasy, sadly some are just to wrapped up in political claptrap that they just won't accept it.

The magic money tree was available when the banks were f***ked though. Why is it real for them but mythical for the nhs?

Anyhow back on topic, is it misleading to suggest illegal immigrants are a big part of why the NHS is struggling? I think it is misleading.

The discussion - "The strain on the NHS is caused by people living 20 years longer"

The ranting Leftie - "Immigration tho"

No wonder the Left are seen as deluded muppets with a one track mind regardless of the debate .... you've gotta laugh or you'd cry.

DG made a post about illegal immigrants and made a point of mentioning the nhs struggling.

Am I not allowed to ask questions?

PG .......... I never said immigrants have caused the issue with the NHS.

I said immigrants, particularly illegal ones add to the population, the population vs the spending on the NHS is what's causing the problem.

So my point was this is not the time to be soft on immigration when the NHS is struggling as it is with the lawful citizens its supposed to be serving, let alone adding illegal ones.

Your point was population = more taxes, I was going to post earlier that while that is technically true, that's more true of second generation immigrants, 1st generation are usually on the dole and in Council housing on benefits.

Not you Tone - its the mad leftie who AFTER that exchange where we both agreed it wasn't immigration - jumps in and starts ranting about people blaming immigration .... one track stereotype thinking that spreads across the site if not challenged.

The NHS has seen massive INCREASED funding but still not enough to cope with the even greater demands being placed on it - legitimate immigration is about 2% so simply not a factor - old age is the problem, we need Soylent Green.

We send £350 Million a week to the EU

Let's fund our NHS instead

Re elderly care I really don't know what we're going to do. Other than invest in care homes and hope the obvious boom they're about to experience pays for your own care later on

I'm only half joking about that btw. I'm seriously looking at shares in that sector.
