definitely should never have been convicted, regret is not rape sums it up pretty well tbh keeping it short.
looked into this case a bit a while back actually, massive miscarriage of justice this trial and conviction.

One of them was not convicted. Why? Because she gave consent to him earlier.

On the other hand, she never consented to Evans. Let's see what happens, but I trust the jury, they know more than we do. A lot of the stuff that we do know was specifically leaked out by Evans and Co to make themselves look innocent

WTF HAVE I JUST READ.

They were having a threesome. Ched said she said 'Yes', she 'doesn't remember'.

The jury ruled that she was too drunk for her 'Yes' to count but it counted for the other guy having sex with her which is what all the fuss is about.

No, she consented to having sex with his friend. This part she remembers and they all agree on

What she doesn't remember is consenting with Evans.

Also, why did Evans go out the way he did?

I've just read back and the reason I was annoyed was because I was replying to the falsely accused.

I noticed he changes it to falsely accused and falsely convicted.

There is no debate to have imo with rape, falsely accused or falsely convicted and which is worse.

Because all 3 will have a massive effect on anyones life. All 3 are wrong.

I like this hector guy, funny.
But I think you are going to have to realize your dealing with a guy who was prepared to sandpaper his nob off here lol.

Honestly if that sandpaper thing is true one of the funniest things I have ever read.

RE evans leaving how he did, that was the only thing half suspicious about this but tbh its easily explained in a few ways, he was a pretty big name at the time.
You would also like to think hes not a complete r***rd and knows what a security camera is tbh.

Because you have a bunch of hardcore feminists who will harangue any club he tries to go to despite the fact he has served his time and wants to be rehabilitated. It is disgusting the way they consistently try to stop him living a normal life after he has served his punishment and he cant even go abroad to get a club because the MOJ won't let him. (so much for Freedom of Movement being restricted)

Comes in .....looks around at thread .........bails.

But will leave one comment, I think this arguing over which is worse a false accusation and a person being raped is ridiculous, both are victims and both are bad.

However I think a very violent rape has to be seen as the worse violation out of the two.

Hector I think your issue is your looking at it from a mans point of view by saying "Id rather be raped" because if in your mind your thinking by a woman I'm sure that you would but lets change the scenario up a bit.

Hector what's worse an accusation especially when you know your innocent or gang raped by a group of bearded men in prison?

you cant be raped by women.

and i mean a false accusation that leads to a conviction like in ched evans case. Not just an accusation on it's own. I'm sure you know what happens to people convicted of rape in prisons.
