On the other hand, she never consented to Evans. Let's see what happens, but I trust the jury, they know more than we do. A lot of the stuff that we do know was specifically leaked out by Evans and Co to make themselves look innocent

The jury ruled that she was too drunk for her 'Yes' to count but it counted for the other guy having sex with her which is what all the fuss is about.

No, she consented to having sex with his friend. This part she remembers and they all agree on

What she doesn't remember is consenting with Evans.

However I think a very violent rape has to be seen as the worse violation out of the two.

you cant be raped by women.

and i mean a false accusation that leads to a conviction like in ched evans case. Not just an accusation on it's own. I'm sure you know what happens to people convicted of rape in prisons.
