Romney won the debate last night according to immediate polls, but the actual effect is unclear on the number of undecided voters he actually turned. There was a set of 39 undecided voters on a panel and only 16 of them said they would vote for one of the two candidates and it was split equally 8 and 8 between the two. An additional problem is that Romney straight up lied through his teeth last night and is going to get nailed for the next two weeks about it by fact checkers.

Obama looked sleepy and talked professorially and therefore "lost" the debate because he seemed like he didn't have enough energy to fight back, but policy-wise he didn't stretch the truth nearly as much as Mitt.

That's the problem with politics. He didn't lie as much. They shouldn't be lying in the first place.

I don't blame him I think I'd prefer to watch my toe nails grow than baseball

Or cricket. Or golf

Oh and Romney's a plonker so I wouldn't be surprised if he wins

It's a silly religion, that has a history of racism and sexism. It's f***ing laughable.

To be fair, there aren't many religions that don't... although not many have magic underwear.

Very true, but the Mormon faith has to be the most laughable.

I see your Mormonism and raise you Scientology

I think legally they can't get married as polygamy isn't legal in the US, they just sort of "pretend" that they're married.

I admit baseball is boring to watch, except my team, but nothing is worse than watching two people lie straight to your face.

Not all Mormons are like that only certain sections of them. But yeah, it's illegal, but they just say that they're all married.

Yeah most polls I've heard gave a slight edge to Obama. Like 5% difference and within the margin of error on most.

Never seen the point of these debates personally. I knew 4 years ago who I was going to vote for this Nov. And it wasn't going to be a republican or a democrat. I find it hard to believe many people decide their vote based off these things.

I'm leaning towards Gary Johnson, but either would do imo. And Gary is the one on the ballot. So that makes it even easier.
