Never do it for more than a few seconds at a time though.
Yeah most kids do once they are aware of things. But thats just playing.

I WOULD warn British parents against trying this with their children.
There are a number of risks, the main one being dropping the baby.
Very young babies like these have a fragile skull.
The movements could also cause trauma to arm or leg joints and damage to their thin layer of skin.
And there is a very real risk of Shaken Baby Syndrome.
