Postby Artemis8 » Sat Feb 27, 2010 10:45 am

A massive earthquake with a magnitude of 8.8 has hit central Chile, killing at least 47 people. Its like there's a new natural disaster each week. Crazy..

There was a tsunami warning in Hawaii where my parents are right now, they all had to evacuate the beaches and go to higher land, but it turned out to be a small one and not much at all.

"1.26 milliseconds" - Is that it? Iw as expecting it to say 22 hour days or something haha.

I didn't read all of that but something about the earth spins at 1,000MPH now that's crazy when you think about it, it's a wonder you don't get dizzy. :D

The earthquake didn't speed up Earth's rotation, Arshavin did.

Should put that somewhere else
