^ Musk derangement syndrome to add to the TDS.

Musk is a legend and single handedly saved free speech.
Actually, really looking forward to him shredding the US Govt fat - we might learn something for here in the UK.

A little hint for you - absolutely no one is going to listen to your Quid pro Quo, Collusion, fascist, etc narratives this time around.
Trump has the mandate from the people to implement the EOs and policies he promised and no amount of shrieks and phony accusations are going to change that.

Trump won in a landslide and unified millions across race, gender, political affiliation and sexuality.
A massive swing to his direction across the board in every state.
It was a total rejection of the ideology , smearing and gaslighting you have spewed.

Get over it.

Can't say the same for Harris can you

We can actually? Trump spent more time talking about how Kamala "turned black" than Kamala ever spent mentioning her race and gender.

Unlike Hillary, she completely abandoned identity politics. It didn't matter at all, Republicans attacked her on that front relentlessly.

Her campaign wasn't just run by her though she had all sorts of Democrats coming out dissing Trump, making wild accusations. It was Harris AND the Democrats as opposed to Trump's campaign which was just Trump.

She needed others to prop her up, Trump needed nobody.

How do you even quantify this level of advertising? It would be like if Bill Gates bought the entire NFL so that he can play exclusively play pro-Kamala Harris ads during the Superbowl. It's insane.

Lol, Twitter ?!!!! All Musk did was unban Trump, so it went from being an anti Trump platform to a neutral platform. Y ou were not complaining about Twitter when Trump was banned !! The balance has been redressed.

He says "all he did was unban Trump" replying to a post that shows a portrait of Trump literally covering the entire screen.

Just put the shoe on the other foot for one second. Imagine if you opened up Facebook and you were greeted with a portrait of Harris covering your entire screen.

It looks like the f***ing telescreen from 1984. It's terrifying!

Well its balance isn't it - being banned for 2+ years and all sorts of anti Trump content being allowed/promoted vs a day of having a Trump banner on the Twitter page.

You tell me which one carried the most weight.

X a neutral platform?

In addition to being littered with bots, propaganda, porn, trolls, paedophiles, and criminals, it's the largest far-right wing mainstream social media platform in the world; the wild west of the clearnet.

Give it another couple of years under Musk's ownership and it'll have become a full-blown echo chamber for all of the above.

Millions of neutrals (and by extension the left and even the moderate right) have left for superior alternatives.

My time line on X right now is full of left wing accounts complaining that the election was just stolen.
Go figure.

X is probably the only place these days that allows views from everyone.

What we tend to see is that when media is not manipulated, normalcy comes back.... i.e moderate and conservative views prevail in the public square.

This thing gets better and better. The Democrats are at each other now LOOOOOOL. All taken from the same BBC article this morning:

Former US House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi has said Democrats might have fared better in Tuesday's election if President Joe Biden had exited the race sooner.

Speaking to political news outlet Politico, Harris aides also laid the blame at Biden’s feet and said he should have bowed out sooner.
“We ran the best campaign we could, considering Joe Biden was president,” said one unnamed aide. “Joe Biden is the singular reason Kamala Harris and Democrats lost tonight.”

However, a former Biden aide told Axios, another political news outlet, that Harris was making excuses.

"How did you spend $1 billion and not win?” said the aide, adding an expletive.

An unnamed former Biden aide told Politico this week that former President Barack Obama’s advisers were to blame because they “publicly encouraged Democratic infighting to push Joe Biden out, didn’t even want Kamala Harris as the nominee”.

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman, a Democrat, blamed the election loss on those who plotted to oust Biden.

“For those that decided and moved to break Biden, and then you got the election that you wanted, it’s appropriate to own the outcome and fallout,” he told political outlet Semafor in an interview.

Congressman Tom Suozzi, New York Democratic congressman, said the election loss was partly due to the party's focus on "being politically correct".

He said the party had struggled to counteract Republican attack lines on "anarchy on college campuses, defund the police, biological boys playing in girls' sports, and a general attack on traditional values".

Ritchie Torres, another New York Democratic congressman, posted on X, formerly Twitter, blaming "the far left”.

He said radicals within the party had “managed to alienate historic numbers of Latinos, Blacks, Asians, and Jews from the Democratic Party with absurdities like ‘Defund the Police’ or ‘From the River to the Sea’ or ‘Latinx’”.

Independent Senator Bernie Sanders, who ran for president as a Democrat in 2016 and 2020, accused the party in a lengthy statement of abandoning working people.

"While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change," he wrote. "And they’re right."

There's only one lesson here.......

Run your campaign to serve the people, not to serve your own ends or that of big donors.

The Dems literally did so little for the people in their term that everyone went running back to Trump, that's the worst indictment.

Republicans and Dems are establishment swindlers .......people don't want them.

The New Republican are just all ex-Democrats that the party left behind when they swung far too left.

Trump, Musk, Joe Rogan, Gabbard, Robert Kennedy.......all were Democrats or supported them.

Rogan even endorsed Bernie Sanders ffs, that's how bad the establishment Democrats are.

Very divisive also, creating such toxic atmospheres, old Trump was guilty of that but not so much this time round.

I do find it funny that Democrats and Anti Trump supporters harp on about how much damage he will do if he gets in power.

They said the same shit when he was last in power and he left the world in a better/safer place and America in a better place

So why they are still crying about what damage he will do is a mystery - he did no damage last time, there's is no reason to believe he will this time!

Elon Musk to jointly head new department on government waste/spending

Last night, Musk said on X he will create an online "leaderboard for most insanely dumb spending" of US tax dollars

This is brilliant, we need the same over here

You want unelected billionaires and venture capitalists to shop for positions in your government?

I know 90% of you are totally insane and hardcore ideologically captured, but can anyone even try to defend this?

This is more egregious than even the wildest Soros conspiracies.

Also, I assume Musk won't be divesting from his businesses so Twitter is now officially US government controlled media.
