If that happens before we have a complete replacement we are up shit creek.

We must invest in nuclear. The govt is reluctant to build nuclear power stations because of green pressure. In the meantime we're buying more and more electricity from France, where most of it is generated in nuclear power stations.

Do you know why its becoming more expensive to extract gas and oil? I mean it comes out of the ground so what's making it more expensive, genuine question.

I just think its suspect as hell that this is coming to the fore now, 8 years away from the biggest drop in oil demand in history.
Once the ban on petrol cars comes in force the demand for petrol will crash through the floor.

We're talking millions of car owners around the globe will be getting phased onto never needing petrol ever again ........... and all of a sudden on the dawn of that shut down, we're being told that there's an energy apocalypse.

Seems to me this is one big engineered cash out, any company who produces oil know's the clock is ticking, they already got a taste of the drop in demand during quarantine where they were over storing product because everyone was shut in doors using their cars about 80% less than they usually do.

I think that has shocked the industry into an early view of what 2030 will look like for them and they're milking the oil cow for all its worth.

Creating crisis is what they do for industry wide cash injections, its happened so many times in the last century its getting fkin boring.......... which is why I didn't panic during the fuel crisis or quarantine food crisis, give it a week or two and it'll all go back to normal.

However this time I think it's long hall, they have 8 years to bleed us dry before black gold becomes almost worthless to the general public.

In short, they've picked most of the low hanging fruit and are now having to work increasingly harder to get to and extract the next lot.

Here's a very interesting article.

Democrats lost the Governorship of Virginia in a special election.
Democrat McAuliffe beaten.

Democrats need to change and fast - stop with the far left and woke agenda or they are going to get slaughtered in the 2022 mid terms.

In other news, the source for the infamous Steele Dossier has been arrested and indicted for lying to the FBI.
https://www.reuters.com/world/russian-a ... 021-11-04/

Question is whether they have the balls to arrest all the people who were behind the big Russiagate con.
That was the REAL insurrection - a soft coup using many conspirators both in Washington, business, the military, the intelligence services and the media.

If they're smart they'll rush that DC statehood through. The only chance they have of keeping the Senate.

tbf the party out of power in the WH usually wins the governorship in VA the very next year. 11/12 of the previous elections have gone that way (T-Mac in 2013 is the only one to buck that trend).

With the New Jersey gubernatorial election too, it looks like both races were heavily impacted by Biden's approval and Dems didn't bother to turn out at the rate Reps did. VA was a 12-point swing from 2020 and NJ was 14 points.

It wasn't a complete disaster for Dems though. Anti-anti-racism and anti-mask GOP school board nominees got smacked down in many parts of the country and Minneapolis voters rejected the defunding the police nonsense. Good to see that Seattle voted in someone with common sense for city attorney (a Republican who was a Democrat until 2020(?) idk her whole story) over a police abolitionist. And it was hilarious to see Buffalo's current mayor win reelection via a write-in campaign by beating the socialist nominee running on the Dem ticket :rofll:

What the hell has happened to Kamala Harris? Is she in hiding or something?

One minute she's elbowing sleepy Joe out of the way at every opportunity of limelight, then suddenly she disappears!

She's had to go to the Senate 12 times to be the tie-breaking vote.

She went to Mexico and Guatemala in June as the point person for our southern border to discuss migrants.

She took a trip to Singapore and Vietnam in August to strengthen ties.

She's traveling to France this week for the Paris Peace Forum to meet with Macron, Merkel, and co. and to meet with Macron to continue Biden's work of mending fences over AUKUS.

As I've said, this stuff goes far beyond any single president and is a systemic problem of the MIC Eisenhower warned us about:

Nothing from the New York Times is worth reading.
It's a propaganda rag - that being said, I have no doubt that the issue of needlessly murdering civilians is something that all Presidents of modern times are guilty of. But the fact the NYT is still harping on about the last President's actions instead of properly holding the current one to account - says it all.
Maybe the NYT should be focusing on apologising to the world for leading the Russia hoax.

More on the Great Russia Hoax:

The level of the coordination and corruption between the Democrat party, the media and members of the govt is frankly quite scary.
3 years of 24/7 effort to push the lie - knowingly misleading the people of the world.

So sleepy Joe in a speech last week described 1930s baseball star Satchel Paige as 'a great Negro'.

Not a peep of criticism from the US or UK media, who if this had been Donald Trump would have leapt on it, and described it as either racism, or at least being hopelessly out of touch with the modern world.

Why are the US and UK media so obviously inclined to protect such an inept, unpopular and completely incapable President?

Did he say "Negro League" or just "Negro" on it's own?
