You can blow that argument out the water quite easily. Currency. Scotland will lose the Pound Sterling if they left the UK. That can't be used for UK/EU split since the UK never used the Euro.

They'd have to use the Scottish Pound.

Within two years it'll be worth about 10p.

Trouble is they are giving the vote to kids, who don't know shit from clay, when it comes down to economics. So take out the 16-21 year olds and its probably more like 60-40 against leaving.

More like 80/20 against leaving the UK if you take out kids and fools.

If your on about the fuel crisis (which isn't) we had those when we were in the EU, I remember the last one clearly back in what 2013?

Fact is there will be a period of adjustment after Brexit, but once it is adjusted i.e more HGV drivers are trained, then everything will be back to normal and even more solid because we'll have our own drivers.

All this is, is a result of us being over reliant on foreign workers from Europe.

The fuel crisis is 100% down to greedy, selfish motorists.

.......... and the media who mis-characterised the issue.

There was never a fuel shortage just fewer drivers.

We are actually causing the shortage, honestly I can see why 300 years ago people used to get their heads cut off.

I'm so done with people like that, they don't learn and their stupid sheep mentallity causes misery for others.

Do they not realise if everyone practiced their normal routine this issue would disappear in two days?

BBC Director General oversees bailiff-enforced licence fee charges to lonely pensioners who just want to watch TV, and gets a 16.6% £75,000 pay rise.

Exactly.
Every single dependency on the EU needs to be shredded.
We don't need them for anything.

The government should introduce an interest free loan to any UK citizen who wants to get an HGV licence - repayable in affordable amounts once the driver starts work.

People should also be given free university for a nursing degree on the condition they work for the NHS full time for at least four years once qualified.

There are lots of things we can do to encourage our own citizens fill these positions.

Families should be given relocation grants to move to areas where they can find work if there's no work where they live.

Yet the Tories will do none of that because they're too busy telling us all what to do and fleecing the public of taxes to feed the Covid industry.

I'm no Labour fan, I think Labour are a fkin disgrace, especially right now but the Tories are dropping the ball being busy bodies when we have legitimate issues that need addressing.

They need to focus on that if they want their brownie points.

Doesn't look like Starmer's attempts to unite the Party are bearing much fruit. One of his front bench has resigned at the Party conference, slating him on the way out. He is also haunted by Corbyn hanging over his shoulder, grinning with the whole weight of the Labour left behind him.

Senior Labour politicians like Ed Milliband are loudly criticising his policies and getting applauded by many in the Party.

Will he last? I don't think so. Labour has returned to its hard left socialist roots and it has a centre left leader with no support.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Corbyn back at the helm before long.

I don't think I've ever seen Labour in such a state, they're truly not even fit to be opposition.

Half of them think its clever to try and interject American style racial and LGBTQ argument points into Parliament, its an absolute disgrace.

Tories will be talking about the environment or Covid in Parliament and some Labour MP will just jump up and shout "Racist" out of nowhere, they'll then be told to sit down by the chair and they ignore it and storm out, they are literally not fit to be a political party right now, they're not credible at all.
