Its because, when dribbling, he's patient on the ball and finds the exact moment to beat his man unlike some of our other players who just run with the ball hoping they don't get dispossessed and then still end up getting dispossessed. Someone on here said that if Gervinho could finish he would be a great player and I completely agree.

I agree, no point beating a player if you can't do anything with it and that's why I'm not too upset with him leaving especially considering we got 8 million for him. Its just that he would have been a great player for us if he had Theo's finishing ability. And who's overrating him?

Gervino wasnt that bad. He destroyed defenders at the African Cup of nations. I kinda wish he stayed. I did like making fun of his hair but he was a tricky winger. He will haunt us if we do play Roma some day... He can definitely give sagna, jenkinson and gibbs problems. Best believe
