Btw, i don't want to sound like a broken record but Arshavin lost the ball more in 10 minutes than the entire team did in 90...

Just what is up with him? And don't give that old fan chestnut because he hasn't been booed and he got a great reception today...

Time to move on?...

I actually counted it :sneaky2:
He gave the ball away 5 times today, and 3 of them were pretty f***ing sloppy

I've been one of his biggest critics, but I'm willing to stick by him just as long as he's not a garunteed starter... which he isn't.

His spell on the bench should really give him a kick up the arse, but if he's still playing like this towards the end of the season then he should leave.

He contracted knob rot from reaming Leeds during the week.

He had to settle for straight up pillaging today. :arse flag.gif:

I dont understand how a player with vision and passing ability like him can fail to hit simple passes so often. It HAS to be confidence. No one turns shit overnight (apart from Alan Smith former 'striker' of Leeds and Scum U)

I think Djourou might have taken a knock to the shoulder in that game....

Considering Squillaci won't be back for two weeks and we are going into quite a congested few weeks, i think AW would have to be clinically insane not to bring in another CB.

I remember the thread clearly, but the sell RVP was if the constant injuries happened. He had 3 months out, and has now had 2 months back in. There is no doubt he is a great player and I don't think anyone has said otherwise. But we need players to be fit for all if not most of the season, not half of it.

I really do hope he stays fit because he is a great player and scores in nearly every game he plays for us.
