Anyone else got a bad feeling AW will start FF4? I'd like to see him get a decent run out to gain match fitness but if we can keep him fit for Chelsea I can see him and Nasri running riot.

3 Goals 10 assists yet right now he is getting the most criticism from Arsenal fans. Why??????

What about Clichy? Diaby? Denilson?, Vela? RVP? Bendtner? Rosicky????

Have these guys done better than Arshavin? So why the victimisation of one guy???

Diaby hasn't played hardly this season, neither has Denilson, Vela, RvP, Bendtner and Rosicky adds more to our overal team game.

Why do you victimize Clichy for errors he makes which are caused by Arshavin's lazyness and our defensive philosphy as a whole?

And if you want to use stats to back-up your argument, at least get them right, Arshavin has scored 6 goals this season.

Should still be dropped.

Oh thanks for correcting the stats. So he has scored 6 goals and has 10 assits and should be dropped in favour of who? Rosicky? 0 goals, Diaby? just back from injury but even if he was fit has he ever scored 6 goals and given us 10 assits even in a whole season? 2 seasons? Denilson?

I dont pick on Clichy. Most Arsenal fans are now coming to the realisation he is not good enough. Its a bit of a stretch of reality when you start blaming Arshavin for mistakes Clichy makes. Tell me what did Arshavin have to do with the Goal that was gifted to Shakhtar by Clichy? or that villa goal where clichy decided to back off and let the guy have a free pop at goal? Is arshavin also to blame for almunia's mistakes? poverty? 911? assasination of kennedy? lennon? cold war? ww2? e.t.c.

For f**k sake the guy has 6 goals and 10 assists and you are having a go at him.

Im not a fanboy of any player, I like dislike players based on what they offer to the team. Arshavin is the most direct player we have. He runs at defenders with pace, takes risks and scores goals. He can score simple goals he can score super goals , he can score from distance finish from close range. He can create goals.

No one is untouchable and players must be judged on performances and if it aint good enough then anyone can be dropped. But I do not understand why Arshavin is getting all this flak when there are clearly worse performers than him in the team who are not getting anywhere near the same level of flak.

Its typical british fan mentality. We want to see players run like headless chickens. If a player is lazy and scores goals then he is a genius. If he is lazy and is off form then he is a liability. The only reason people are having a go at Arshavin more than Clichy is because Clichy runs like a headless chicken where as Arshavin is lazy at times.
