I can't afford to miss any more matches for my football team, so I'll have to record this and watch it afterwards. Sucks because I would be at the Emirates for it! Plus it's our local derby so I can't miss it. Bet my brother tells me what happened just to piss me off though.

Fabregas, Denilson, Song and Arshavin back for this one please!

Those quotes make it seem as if Wenger has no control over the way Song plays

I'm sure Song has scored playing next to Jack as well, I just can't look past Jack at the moment for the 3rd midfield spot, especially against a team like Newcastle.

If Song & Denilson are still unavailable on Sunday then Lansbury has to play. tbh I think it's a joke he isnt being given more opportunities in these circumstances, especially after doing so well against spurs. Basically our entire midfield out and he still can't get a game, why's he even here then? It's not a knock on Eastmond as I like him but HL is a much more complete player, faster, stronger, better passer, reads the game just as well and is much more experienced having loan spells under his belt

I agree Cyn...

Lansbury is a beast, he said he loves to attack but he can, and will do the dirty work as well, which is exactly why he reminds me of Gerrard, he plays almost up front at times yet is as box to box as the best of them.

I like Eastmond as well but Lansbury is much, MUCH more complete, not to mention he is built as well.

After a game like he had against Spurs i would have expected him to push on but he hasn't been given the chance.

For someone who puts as much faith in young players as AW he doesn't put ENOUGH faith in them when it comes to the crunch...

If it was Fergie with a player like Lansbury at his disposal he would be getting some mega game time.

For all the talk about his eye for talent I don't think Wenger even realises how good some players are until he has to play them out of necessity, we almost sold Cole to Palace for example yet he gives others chance after chance to prove how average they are

Walcott needs to start this game, as he needs to get his match sharpness back!

If he can get him on form then we'll destory Newcastle today.
