GG arsenal always use the shittest music for their videos. Who ever does the editing needs shooting.

A lot of hype on Arse.com about Squilli, looks like they are building him up for a debut in the 1st team

My only guess is that AW wanted to integrate him into our style of play seeing as his pre-season was spent with Sevilla.

Playing Koscielny over Squillaci is madness because at the moment there is a clear gulf between them.

I guess we will find out on Saturday.

PS what kind of team were Blackburn playing? Sounds like they were a few short of full strength :dizzy:

I would have been surpised if he didn't have any practice games with the reserves or behind closed doors. It's normal

Wow, anyone who has ATVO should check out the highlights of this match.
Our third goal was one of the best team goals I've ever seen at Arsenal.
The second was a stunning individual goal as well.
Aneke and Afobe are turning into quality players.

The kids were awesome, JET was on fire again. I bet they wish Djourou and Flappers had stayed away cos they probably would've won 4-0 if it wasn't for the first teamers spoiling everything.

Yup they have. Barca tried to steal Afobe and Aneke is the next big thing.

Our academy seems to be brilliant at making attacking midfielders but not so much with defence

So does one play just behind the other? like 4-4-1-1/4-2-3-1 kinda formation?

Defenders are hard to produce, i dont know many academys that so produce own defenders

Most of the kids coming thru the academy have been playing together since the age of 9, Gibbs, JET, Wilshere, Eastmond, Lansbury are the 1st batch from the new academy.

Frimpong joined them when he was 11.

Afobe & Aneke are the next batch, they seem to have an almost telepathic understanding of each other.

They have just been promoted to the reserved and they are continuing their form that saw them dominate the Academy League

The youths & reserves always play 4-2-3-1 and they are usually the playmaker and striker, yeah. Aneke's natural position is box-to-box CM. He's great at tackling back as well as attacking and is really strong. Like most of our kids he can play pretty much anywhere in midfield.

Afobe's just an out n out striker. Which is good!
