Think Cesc did pretty crap if I'm honest.

Played through the pain, showed the heart and passion of a true warrior and did what i expected of a truly great captain.

Oh and he won and banged in a Pen.

agree about cesc. not his best game but he was like a warrior.

clichy had a amazing game. almunia too. expect his stupid mistake. nasri, theo and denilson were also great.

Clichy was magnificent, in fact he was better than magnificent.

If he played like that week in week out there would be no doubts who the best LB in the World is.

The more games Theo gets, the better he becomes.

Start him at the Nou Camp.

i think song was my motm. he was everywhere. in the 1st half and the 2nd was fantastic. clichy was smashing as was almunia pity about the misjudgement but oh well poor defending for the goals against. same side same player same error twice in one match but still

I thought Song was immense. It was he and Almunia who repelled Barca early on and then he moved into defence when pressed into action.

Denilson did well today as well, fair play to him.

I actually think Barca's style suits Denilson. There's not so much rough n tumble, the game is slower and they give him the time make impose himself.

I think he'll do okay in the 2nd leg.

5 for Almunia really?

I know you say all his shots were straight at him and you're trying to emphasize this by giving him a crap rating.

But they shots weren't straight at him, some of them were top class saves and without him the tie would have been over in the 1st 20 minutes.

I gave him a 7 i thought first half done great which probably lead to the error in the first goal being over confident but im not complaining as he kept us in it first 20mins, 1 or 2 may have been at him but he made the saves he got down low for a couple and the one i think he saved with his left arm was a great save, diaby had a crap game from the start never got in and pressured them or anything just didnt look up for it
