Think Spain will miss Puyols leadership at the back dearly! spain will be thanking their stars Torres re found some form or they would be short up front with no David Villa, Llorente is good, along with Negredo and Soldado who missed out but not on Villas level, not really close

Soldado missed out? Absolute travesty that Spain didn't bring him along. 27 goals to Torres' 11. Both should be in though.

Soldado isn't that great of a striker for me, done far better than torres howeer unlucky for him Torres seemed to has ressurected himself.

How is that? As in you don't rate him amongst Iniesta, Silva and co or as a player in general?

like that :)

I like him but he's not really an elite player, just a good, technical striker with good talent. Someone who can score goals consistently in the league against small and similar matched teams but not a player who can thrive against tough opposition.

Fair play, but I think he needs another shot since Real Madrid let him go.
