I don't like it when England under-estimate their potential sometimes more than necessary. I had reservations about them when the tournament started but with Rooney, AOC, Gerrard, Walcott, Welbeck, Carroll they do not have to fear nobody imo. I think football match is won in the mind first and England need to believe they can go all the way..

I actually made a comment earlier in the thread that this was the worst England squad that I've seen... and I stand by that. But the starting 11 and a handful of the options from the bench are actually up there with some of the best that I've seen.

The midfield pairing are certainly the best we've see for about ten years.

Idealy I'd like Wilshere in there next to Parker with Gerard behind Rooney, but elsewhere Woy couldn't have done much better.




... some of the squad players though :doh:
