Thats not my point. If you start reviewing all fouls/cards the game will take forever. We don't want football to become the NFL. Goal line yes, reviewing fouls etc no.
What about only for goals (allow/disallow) and red card decisions?

That handball which should have been a penalty is the exact sort of thing which a team captain should be allowed to have reviewed by video.
