Hart
Johnson - Dawson - Terry - Gibbs
Milner - Rodwell
Lennon - Gerrard - Johnson
Rooney

I'd like to see this or drop Gerrard back for a 433 but you know we'll probably have Rio, Lampard, Barry, etc.

I think the like of Johnson, Walcott/Lennon, and ESPECIALLY Rodwell need to be playing the majority of games from now on. Theres no point at all f***ing around with these has beens who have had thousands of chances and bottled it every single god damn time. Gerrards/Lampards/Rio/Cole all out out out

Don't you have a better right back than Glenn Johnson coming through ?

Other than that, I think England have a good crop of players for the next 4 years, but you know what will happen, they'll change formation in the main tournament. Bad move Fabio

3 Players from this squad 1 CB who's gonna be 30 almost by then. Plenty of experience if this team starts playing from now. Obviously Markboy was a joke - I ran out of players.

If Richards can get a brain he could play, other than that i'd go for Walker, Naughton or Clyne.

Richards is a great RB, unfortunately he, and everyone else, try to play him as a CB, where he is shit.

I should add that Richards is still VERY young in defenders terms. He might very well become a fantastic CB in the future (he has all the attributes, just needs experience) , but right now he's a bad CB.

He has had some great moments at CB but he isn't ready yet, still a baby, defender wise, even player wise.

Proper Arsenal fan as well, built like a brick shithouse too...

Anyway i am drifting off.

Take Lennon out of them lineups you Spud lovers, what the f**k has he ever done for England?

Fuckall.

Hart

Richards - Dawson - Cahill - Cole

Walcott - Milner - Barry - Johnson

Gerrard

Rooney

I think John Terry may have played his last game for England after his childish outburst at the World Cup.
Rio Ferdinand loks like he's on a downward slope too.

Rio's been on a downward slope for 2 or 3 years.

We need to do a proper clearout IMO. People say there'd be no experience, but experience of what? Being shit, losing, humiliating English football? Bring Adam Johnson, Rodwell, Cahill, Hart all into the first team. Let them grow together into a proper team.

The reason I'm not including Wilshere, Gibbs et all is because they're not in the Arsenal first team. I wish they were, but they aint. I think it's mad that people are calling for them to play for England before they even break through at Arsenal to be honest.

I think the 2014 World Cup qualifiers is a more realistic target for them.
Although Gibbs might have an outside of making the 2012 finals but only if Clichy leaves next season.
