Denilson, he gave the ball away for one of their goals and didnt attempt to get it back

Denilson also allowed Rooney to run right past him to score his goal

I don't think so, cause I vividly remember Denilson being responsible for the Rooney goal on the counter.

I don't see it embarrassing at all. If we win on Saturday, I'll be hoping we release a dvd.

Yes, and they probably did. Wigan Rugby do.

thought you'd be saying 'we dont need dvds as were building to beat them every year'

But that really doesn't sound like something I would say, does it?

It doesn't but releasing a DVD purely for beating a rival is a bit demeaning to your own team tbh. Man City have already beaten Man Utd once this season in the CC, plus the game at Old Trafford was pretty damn close, so really you don't need to bother.

Same goes Tottenham, if they're really realistic about their propositions of being a top team then it's a bit desperate really....

Exactly!

I defy anybody on here to find me one f***ing example of an Almunia save like any of the three Gomes just had that kept a lead or were in a close game...

Barcelona first leg?
Could've been 9-0 without his saves.

Ok, so we've got 2 games in two years...

How many have we lost because he's made a bonehead move?

you asked for 1

And he was provided by no saves like the Gomez ones. None. All the shots at Almunia were straight at him bar one and there was a man on the line behind him for that shot anyway.

ok,i forgot we had to narrow the field on giving credit to players we dislike.
his fingertip save onto the bar from babels long range effort in the dying stages of the liverpool game at the emirates that kept us within 6pts of the leaders.
don,t think we had any defenders laying just under the bar?

I think the crackhead has enough in him to make decent saves every now and again, but its his horrendous decision making that costs us time and time again.

Classic vamps goalkeeper.
"There was a debate about Wenger on Sky and how crazy is that? What that man's done for English football is amazing and will be remembered in 25, 50, 100 years' time. Will those on telly yesterday be remembered for what they've achieved? None whatsoever." Roy Keane

Some people really need to chill out after any defeat or just lock themselves in a room with no internet connection..!! ffs every team loose these kind of games..!! We have to admit the filthy scums r a good team.. and can beat anybody,, They did beat and outplay the "mighty" chelsea yesterday..!! I believe we have a very good team that can compete on all fronts.. We only need a few players.. A keeper, A defender, a striker.. That would do if we keep everybody including campbell and excluding sivestre..
