what the f**k are you on about. look at the league, we've been top of the league several times and right up in the title race until yesterday.
tottenham are BELOW US and fighting for fourth. HOW THE f**k does that give them something over us?

don't you just love being dramatic. you're a joke. just the usual unfactual, unsubstantiated, made up wank for the sake of slagging off arsenal.

the worst thing about losing is now having to read such utter non sensical tripe. i guess it's back to the wenger is a t**t and should be sacked campaign right?

you sure you aint a ***?

Could you post that on my facebook wall and answer phone? Because it didn't feel that way to me!

Man how bad have we missed RvP, he came on and almost won it for us. Just think where we might be if he wasn't out for so long.

I thought we outplayed them to be honest, but when you're missing your top CB's then you're gonna see shocking defending like that, that led to their 2nd.

Very annoyed by last night.
There was little we could have done to stop the first goal.
Well maybe have a keeper who can catch the ball, or punch it into areas where there are no opposition.

The similarity of us to barca is we both can play intricate attacking plays.
The difference is that they get a result out of their play, a shot at least, if not a goal.
If you don't get a shot on goal or at least n attacking set piece like corner or freekick, then the attack is a failure.
We need to play the ball around intricately until there is a decent shot on. Then we should take it.

Too often we have held on to the ball passed it around another 5 players, and then loose the ball.
Result, no shot on goal, and our 2 side backs are out of position.
Leaving last night, Campbell and Silvestre against 3 attackers.
in wenger we trust

We will always miss big players, but saying losing RVP cost us the title is no excuse, we sold a striker in the summer and didn't replace him. I said at the time that with a few injuries we could regret that. I was slated for saying that! We could have shelled out 7m or however much it was and signed Chamakh in January, we could have bought him in the summer. I don't know how much money you get for winning the league rather than coming third but surely there comes a point where even 15m to win the title is worth it?

We definitely don't have enough players in the squad who understand the purpose of an attacking pass: it's to get the ball to a player in a better position than yourself. Too many times our players are in good positions to shoot on goal, often unimpeded, yet pass the ball to someone surrounded by defenders purely because...well, that's where I come up short because I can't work out why they do it; maybe the player is a yard or so closer to the goal or something? No idea to be honest.

Last night was a carbon copy of the performance at the Nou Camp IMO, with the one exception that it was us with 80% possession rather than the opposition, but the same problems were there - losing the ball in midfield; lack of cohesion between defence, midfield and attack; lack of ideas, tactics or manuevres when attacking the opposition goal; lack of width.

I don't think we can play the 4-3-3 formation when there's no Fabregas in the team...and in any game where Fabregas is either not on form or is being marked out of the game for that matter. It was a similar case vs. Man Utd (H) - Scholes was repositioned to keep Fabregas busy and in that situation Wenger should've switched things around. He didn't, we promptly got stuffed. If there's no Fabregas it has to be 4-4-2 IMO because our midfield just looked overrun last night and has continued to do so every time we've lacked him.

Regardless, I think we need to spend alot in summer: Two CBs, One GK, One Mid, One Def Mid. I know, I never expected to list a midfielder but while we don't lack quantity we do, IMO, lack quality replacements.
Go Cannons!!

When Song does not play, our midfield vanishes and the opponents are able to hit us on counter attacks and attack us through the middle
