just a thought, id like to see song as CB along with sylvestre and diaby taking up the DM position with rosicky or nasri taking up diabys usual position. walcott for where nasri started today.

You would prefer to see Silvestre as CB instead of Campbell?

Whose record did he break? Pires, i am guessing? :think:

Yeah i think its bobby pires too, was it also 14 freddie scored in 2001? remember he had a blinding 2nd half of the season.

Great win for us today & the hammers made it difficult at times.
Still annoyed about Vermaelen's straight red tho if anything Sol's was more worthy of a sending off than Tommy V's!
Anyway 3pts in the bag & still on course, Song was great again today & tbh it wouldnt suprise me if wenger uses him in defence while we are without vermaelen, he deputised well there. Lovely goal from denilson, but he was pretty much absent rest of the game.
Some great runs from Clichy going forward too!

That effing Tomkins annoyed the hell out of me today, wound me up a treat! :angry:

Whos' the DADDY!?
TOP OF THE LEAGUE!!!!
:arsenal3: :arse fan: :arsenal3:

Lets hope the mancs & chavs slip up!

I remember in 2001 when Pires got injured and I thought our season was all over, then Ljungberg had a blinder for the 2nd half of the season.

I think Bendy should get a red mohawk to inspire him.

Im just reading FIFA rules & from what im reading it could be a 1match ban for Tommy V rather than a 3 which usually goes for a straight red:

Article 48
Misconduct against opponents or persons other than
match officials

1. Including the automatic suspension incurred in accordance with
art. 18 par. 4, any recipient of a direct red card shall be suspended as
follows:
a) one match for denying the opposing team a clear goal-scoring
opportunity (particularly by deliberately handling the ball);

b) at least one match for serious foul play (particularly in the case of
excessive or brute force);
c) at least one match for unsporting conduct towards an opponent
or a person other than a match offi cial (subject to art. 53, 54 and
57-60);
d) at least two matches for assaulting (elbowing, punching, kicking
etc.) an opponent or a person other than a match offi cial;
e) at least six matches for spitting at an opponent or a person other
than a match official.

Nothing much, I just can't believe our game was shown first on MOTD!
I suppose it's because media darlings Manure and the Chavs didn't play today.

And Hansen grimaced and clearly hates the fact he may have to eat all his spiteful words.
