Chelsea are two points clear with a game in hand AND a superior goal difference, we are level with Man Utd with no games over them AND we have the same goal difference.

And yet they still lost the biggest goal threat in the World last season.

We should have won, end of discussion, because IMO, we are simply too weak to beat Chelsea, and Man Utd will have the luck and the ref on their side.

The others will nick points off eachother. If we can collect 6-8 points over this set of fixtures we'll still be in a good position.

This ain't over yet.

Just saw this: Unfortunately Chelsea's game in hand is against Hull and they got Burnley next. They will top the league with a clear margin soon. It's all about Man Utd and Chelsea for us now, take them down or one of those two will be on track to win the league.

SSN just said Vermaelen has a suspected fractured fibula - how long will he be out for? Knowing our physios six months!! They'll give more details after the current adverts.

paul merson said if we get 1 win and 3 draws we'll still be in contention for the title..
maybe us fans just expect us to win all these 4 games but it might not work out like that

In all fairness though mate ol' Magic Merson has probably had a drink or 2...

For me, a draw isn't the end of the world but I was disappointed with Arsenal. Probably one of their worst passing games all season and when you look at how Villa played, the game was there for the taking! Plus with Vermaelen undoubtedly out for the season (you know it's true) that's a massive blow.

Positives: Gallas and Campbell played great, Vermaelen did well too, but he's def out for a while. Also, hopefully Song will be back Sunday which could make every bit of difference. Wenger said that he thought Song looked tired in the ACoN but f**k it, a tired Song is infinitely better than a fully fit Denilson in the holding position.
Wenger for life, may he live forever!

Oh it isn't over by any means, but its extremely unlikely we will win the title and its down to one man and his f***ing non-existent chequebook.

And if PG is right about Vermaelen then we are f***ked basically, well and truly, 100% f***ked.

TV's suspected broken leg may force Wenger's hand. Surely even he can see Campbell and Tweety as abck-up just isn't enough. Still time to make a signing.

i wouldnt say we need a defender as campbell can do the job but why doesnt wenger get any striker on loan...the easiest option is huntelaar..
just snap him up...done deal

campbell, as well as he played at stoke and today will not form as solid a partnership with gallas as TV has and also wont keep up with the pace of the prem for a long string of games.
I hope i am proved wrong though
