It was a great win.

Eastmond had a great first half, Traore was awful though!

Fabregas - nothing more to say about the lad. Robinson should have been off, his two fouls on Fabby were easily bookable offences.

Hmmmm..... Quite to make of this I don't know, we could have easily lost this as well as won it.

2-0, we are the leading scorers in the league again without giving anyone a real thumping (save Everton)

Arsene says little in the interview with regard to signings......

It was a great result for us. Fabregas looks in great form. Afterwards he said that he's put his goalscoring form down to luck. So modest! :arse fan: Bolton played well - the new manager effect. When it was just 1-0, they had real chances and I thought we'd end up drawing but fair play to the team. They showed great resilience and broke out to seal the result. It was great to see young Merida on the scoresheet. Three points in the bag and closer to Chelsea. More of the same on Wednesday please boys.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

It's definitely a good thing.

There was a time when Arsenal had major problems (against Bolton especially) in grinding out narrow wins.

Winning tight games by a goal or two is what wins leagues. The fact that we're now capable of doing that can only be a good thing.

I just realised that this score will be in news paper tomorrow. And it will be just because Jaaskelainen played for Bolton (so Finnish press can not ignore Arsenal match).

Coyle was asked if he'd offer Wenger a glass of wine and see if he can have Wilshire on loan. Coyle replied, "I'll ask him for Fabregas".

I thought Diaby wasn't as good today as he's been recently.

I thought Diaby was excellent...

Especially when Merida came on and he sat back, i thought it was Viera for a second, and this time it was not just because he is a big 6ft black bloke...

I didn't say I thought Diaby was bad, just not as good as recently. I'll admit I had my hands in my head when it looked like Diaby was going back to DM and he did alright there.
