Only a tired and injured squad coming back from international duty could prevent this game from being an easy victory. Fingers are crossed.

I wouldn't too. they are a strong team. ok, they lost against spurs 2-0 but they played some really good football and were unlucky.

Indeed, only one defeat in six, 15 goals scored, but on the bright side, 9 conceded at the Stadium of Shite.

I reckon it's a 2-1 to us

Or should I write that in the predictions thread? :)

Annoying game to come back to. They are good and will have a right go at us, and we are always a pile of shit after internationals.

Hmmm, Sunderland have been playing quite well this season and have done well against the big teams such as Liverpool and Man United. They will try their best against us no doubt about it. Lee Cattermole is a big miss for their midfield and Lorik Cana could be injured when Algeria play soon. Things could still happen. We should have a clearly look on Friday atleast.

Unfortunately I can't make any trips to the UK this year, but I see that you're from NYC as well and I headed to Jack Demsey's to watch the match on Sat. morning.
I highly recommend the place if you've never been there before.

They might not be heaps good on FIFA but really they're better than most people think they are

I reckon Sunderland have got a good chance of making Europe this year, injuries permitting.
