I can pick up so many more bad decisions. End of the day Holland were unlucky to be honest. They had the better chances Spain had the better luck.

They weren't just unlucky, they were completely robbed, cheated and shat on. Methinks FIFA big wigs had a lot of money on Spain to win this world cup... but who can say....

I think this is the first World Cup in recent ones that the favourite actually won, no coincidence or what

If only those chances had fallen for RVP instead of Robben.

I dont care about Holland but I feel sorry for RVP. He had to live on scraps the entire tournament. He deserved better.

The BBC are muppets. They just support whoever wins.

Both teams are an utter embarrasment to the sport. Netherlands for their over the top fouling, Spain for their diving. They should both be disqualified.

It was pure hypocrisy from Hansen. I wondered if I was watching Spanish TV last night rather than the BBC. Next season when Arsenal are having lumps kicked out of them he won't be rushing to our defence. It's amazing to think that Spain, who were widely admired in Euro 2008, have proved themselves to be even duller and more odious and cynical than the Italians were when they won the 2006 World Cup.
There's David O'Leary and big Willie Young, sending Rixy and Stapleton off on a run

Personally thought the better team won...

From what i could see Spain played that way throughout the tournament. not their fault other teams felt an inferiority complex and decided against playing their own natural game to adopt a policy of trying to nullify Spain.

For the record i wanted Holland to win but they didn't show much and got what they deserved.
