serbia not getting a penalty for handball vs the aussies would have made it 2-2
kakas sending off (the cheating scum should be banned for a year)
lampards 'no' goal
the dozens of free kicks from dives
booking johnson for diving when he fell over and didn't even appeal for a free kick but never booking a real diver.
usa's disallowed goal
fabiano (?) double handball goal, referee even sodding acknowledged he handled it
argentinas offside goal yesterday
the chile players sending off against spain
the adidas ball
allowing vuvuzelas (biggest mistake of the WC)

probably loads i've missed, these are only ones i've seen and remember off the top of my head, and i've barely watched this tornament.

I have said this before. I respected Capello a lot until I heard of his 23 man squad. At that point I thought he had lost the plot. I dont know what happened but I think the pressure got to him and it really suprised me.

Here are the mistakes he made:
Taking players to the world cup that played no part in the qualifications
    Not selecting theo walcott
    Taking too many spur players
    Taking Ledley King
    Taking Carragher
Taking players who have been injured for most of the season
Picking Heskey as first choice striker and telling everyone to hoof the ball to him

There are more but I cannot be bothered.

You can't be offside from a goal kick.

on the subject of that goal who would you blame for it? I thought James should of came out and even if he kad to kick both Upson and Klose up in the air he should of made it his. Upson was never winning that battle of pace

you're joking, right!? how can it be james fault, it was goal kick the ball was in the air for 3 seconds, and two CB's were making offside trap, it's because they're fuckin stupid and don't know the rules!
they had plenty of time to position and kick away that ball, how can it be keepers fault!?!?!?!?!??!

I think both James and Upson have to take some blame. Upson for letting the ball bounce which we all know is just not done, and James for being a bit indecisive and making up his mind to come just a bit too late.
