I'm sure she's already working on a banning order for them. It wouldn't do to have "atmosphere" at Ashburton Grove.

Can you imagine the vuvuzelas start appearing at domestic games? Milwall fans will be making them out of metal and painting them to look plastic. Vuvuzela related deaths will increase 1000%

Yeah we all need to oppose them if they come to domestic matches, even if it means supporting PH. Victory through harmony...

It'd cut me to the core backing anything she suggested!

That said, we can certainly live without them.

2 things I dont like about this world cup. The vuvuzela and the fact there is a big gap between the pitch and the crowd.

It totally kills the atmosphere. I think the germany world cup was much better.

when i think world cup i think of the different nations fans celebrating and supporting in their own unique style. this has been totally destroyed in this world cup because of the vuvuzela, its the same monotomous (sp?) drone in every match totally drowning out any proper atmosphere or unique support from any nation, every match is the same, there's nothing diverse or enjoyable about the atmosphere.

south africa should never have had this world cup (and i say that not just because of the vuvuzela).

Some countries come with drums, some play loud trumpets... and who says the vuvuzela is not musical... ignorance.

well, not your typical miley cyrus kinda musical but musical all the same

Yeh, you're right, hating the vuvuzela and not appreciating it's musical interpretation is just pure ignorance.

In Finland there we had so much complaining about the noise so our broadcasting company that shows the matches decided to filter most of that sound. So now there should not be that awful sound.
As much as I think it's fine for every country having it's way to support their team vuvuzelas just give me headache (really bad one too) so I can't enjoy matches (I was really happy when sound went off for most of the Holland match and only commentating was from studio)
