We have come across a problem we did not factor in with paypal fees.

The fee on £1 is 23p which basically means after the prize we would only actually be making about 3p per pound which is not worth the amount of effort involved in running this idea.

So you are now faced with a choice we can either change the cash split to 50 - 50 which would give the following results if all 49 numbers was sold.

Prize = £25
Paypal fees = £11.27
Goonersworld = £12.73

Now obviously if people pay multiple weeks it reduces the Pay pal fees so we would try to factor this into the prize.

Now its upto you lot if you still want to do it, if you dont we will refund all the money that has been paid so far if you are ok with this we will carry on as we have been and change the rules.

While things are possibly changing. I'm thinking it may be better run once a fortnight to help get the numbers in. Saying that, by the end of a week everyone should of had a chance to choose a number. I'm just rambling shit now.

another idea is to make it £1.25 to enter in stead of £1 and keep the prize at 70% of £49

We can't just leave it as the fees are just too high.

So can you please say either 50/50 or to pay £1.25. Whichever gets the most, that's what we will do from next week as you've already paid for this week.

I don't mind but given that some of us have already paid a pound for next week to wouldn't paying an extra 25p be more of a pain in the arse (and cost you again?) then going 50-50?

Anything that has been paid so far won't count with either decision, so you don't have to pay anymore if the £1.25 wins it.

£1000 a week if your offering to pay
