Saw Bendtner today

Postby Inchpräctice » Wed Jun 24, 2009 9:47 pm

Walked right past Nicklas Bendtner today in Vigo Street.
As usual I lost all sense of composure and did something stupid.

I have no clue why I did this but I saluted him....? :dizzy:

:dontknow:

It's weird isn't it? You think you're a mature, normal person capable of intelligent conversation and then as soon as you see a famous person you turn into Benny Hill or some kind of similar cretin.

One of the Krankees or something....

No he didn't.
He just smiled at me nervously in a sort of Someone-call-security kind of way.

I then bowed (again, why??) and went on my way.

Inch, your moment of sheer incredulous groupiness absolutely cracked me up.

If any of you have had a pleasure of meeting Inchy you'll know that this moment of madness is completely out of sinc with his personality.

You think thats bad? I met that fat c*** Kenneth (ex-government minister Tory Bastard) Clarke at work and, before I could stop myself, smiled politely and said, "nice to meet you, sir".

The f***ing shame of it. I felt dirtier than if I had shat myself.

The only way to rectify such a circumstance would be to swallow your first whilst crying out loud, crawling in to a little ball and jumping up and down ala Basil Fawlty.

f***ing hilarious!

The salute is acceptable, if done casually. I've seen people make that look cool as f**k.

But a bow? Inchy???
