He's not in my top three of players who should be offloaded, sure why not.
It's not as if any club is going to pay more than £5m for AA, might as well keep him then.
Good substitute afaic, as long as he doesn't appear lazy again...

Regardless of how well or badly he played in a pre-season game, unless we get a fair offer for him we should keep him, simple as that. He's not one of the losers we should be trying hard to offload because they offer nothing... like Squillaci and Chamakh. He can still be a good player for us, from the bench or just in the cups.

Selling AA shouldn't be a priority right now and we should reject derisory bids of £4m

After much thinking, it could be a bad idea to have him on the wages if he is never going to play. Chamberlain, Walcott, Gervinho, Santos and Podolski are players he has to fight against. I'd much rather see him sold and a defender come in than for him to stay, but as Cynical said, bad offers should of course be rejected.

Regardless, Chamakh and Squillaci are much higher in the list of people needing to be offloaded ASAP.

Chamakh and Squillaci need to offloaded at any cost. I have no qualms about keeping Arshavin as long as he is willing to fight for his place.

With Podolski playing the wider role, Gervinho improving, Walcott being nailed on as a starter, and the ever improving Ox... Arshavin would be third choice!!!

His wage bill aint worth it, even is he is the best third choice winger in the country.

I want to see him gone, otherwise he'll just be in the way of Ryo and whoever else is coming up the pecking order. However, I'm with Cyn on the price issue. Anything less than £7m and we're getting knocked. We're not in a position similar to Malaga, we don't need to sell. So I say put him in the shop window, hope for good performances, and hold out for the right price.

I thought he was poor today actually.

Didn't look much better than he did last season IMO. Few decent passes but gave the ball away several times and got caught in possession. Didn't move much either.

I love the guy but it's time to move on. He won't get a game anyway.

He played ok, Didn't have much to do and lets remind ourselves that he could hardly perform against this Koln side, Which is a team in the 2nd tier of German football.

Agreed. There are some other players we should move first. I'm not counting on Arshavin but if he wants to play, he can do it. Players like Chamakh or Bendtner can't.
