If I do more than 20,000 steps in a day my back starts to ache

Which is kinda shit because when I travel abroad, I walk everywhere. And I travel a lot

Do exercises that strengthen your lower back and core.

Got mistaken for being 18 today :) always knew my moisturizing routine would pay dividends. Might also help that I have a full head of hair lol

But more importantly, I just realized I've lived in 2 different millennia, 2 different centuries, and 4 different decades, and I'm still years away from turning 30. Haters fall back

Tell him to lose some weight and stop playing indoors all the time.

Unless he's built like a brickhouse, then that's more forgivable lol

You have a lot of cool times ahead. Perhaps a CL win that those of us with a decade or two left won't see. :hail:

My god I don't even want to know about 50, I'm already p*ssed off that I'll be approaching 40.

Even though I look young when I'm tarted up in the bars its when you hit 40 that you can't even pretend anymore, nope, you are now officially "older".

Was hanging on at 38 but now sh*ts getting serious.

When I was in my mid 30's and a younger woman would try and chat me up I'd be like awww yeah why not, when I hit 40 it'll be like "Right ok this b*tch officially has daddy issues".

Haha....LMAO, getting involved in this thread in his 20’s! As for a 50 yr old beating his teenage son in a sprint, he’s probably making you feel good, cos that should NEVER happen!

DG, worrrying about young laydees chatting him up....lol, you wait, it’s not long before you become invisible!

I’m actually an expert in this subject being very old....but at least I fight it by staying reasonably fit. It keeps getting harder though!
