I’m fairly heavily weighted towards spacs atm but not sure if they’ll pick off. MCAC has a vote on Tuesday and HEC just announced merger so should be some decent runs

Had £200+ profit so pretty happy with it tbh. Always knew the price target was $3 by end of March but GME proved it's always better to lock in what you're happy with.

More worried about VGAC as I got that at 14 and sold at 16.1 but lots are holding expecting it to shoot up again.

MARA so dissapointing so far. Was hoping it would atleast reach 30 now that bitcoin is mooning once again.

That was insane to watch.

It added almost £5k to BTC's price in the space of minutes.

I just found a couple of hundred pounds worth of bitcoin on an old exchange as well lol.

No not yet man. Degiro still hasn't processed the application and have said that there is a huge backlog with everything that has been going on recently. Hopefully soon.

Didn't really mind waiting as I've been spending a bit of time getting together a bit of cash as I wouldn't mind opening with Vanguard as well and investing in one of their funds the S&P 500 and emerging markets, that kind of thing but that is more passive long term tbh.

Could have got starting with Trading212 by now as everyone seems to be using it at the moment and you can invest in the same funds as on Vanguard but I was always put off by the constant YouTube adverts lol.

Maybe try webull as you seem to be USA based.
Some youtubers (Stock Moe) for example, if you use their code then you will get 4 free stocks up to 3700 dollars (this never happends but ok, its still some free money)

Trading212 gets a lot of good feedback, I think it doesn’t do options or out of hours trading though.

Medium/LT (non spac):
PLTR, NIO, BNGO, CRNT, MARA, RIOT, GMDA, ISUN, JMIA, RIDE, NNDM, XL, LI, LUNA, SPCE, WKHS & Lucid post merger

I want to get the swing trades over with tbh and focus on adding more to my long term plays through profits in swing trades and in the spacs. While these spacs are hot, I’m trying to get in good ones as close to NAV as possible and take profits when they run up towards 20.

Yep, too many tbh hence I want to cut it down. Although will probably keep 10 long term ones that I don't really need to care about and basically discount them til 1+ year or more.

Might sell Mara soon, Elon's pump will come back the other way soon enough. Can buy again when it does.
