Nothing is as it seems in this movie.
The mass vaccination was rolled out by the top 1% of world wealt, they wanted a new cleaner planet to prolong their bloodlines. The masses produce a clone the clones begin to take over and hunt the 1%ers, the one percenters now have to hide amongst the clones for survival.
The sequel will be how a 1% becomes leader of the clones and identifies the 1% and hunts them specifically as he can identify them to satisfy his need for number 1 status amongst all his name is Arsene lol
