I'm sure you're the only one that's noticed!

I'd bring my tailor's tape down the pub and measure his biceps.

Might not sound like a lot of difference but that half inch or so is the difference between my arms looking perky or just there.

Going to be running every day this week, need to get some fitness in this engine before I start the weights etc, I've been so lazy in the build up to waiting for the gyms to open its ridiculous.

This week is the start and can't wait, got a long road to lose this two stone, hopefully be done by end of summer.

Mind you don't run into Propa Nutcase on the cobbles.

Who know's what state he's in though?

Him having a chance only when I'm at my worst is about right.

Got the first shot of Pfizer earlier today. No symptoms other than a sore arm.

It's heartbreaking to see what's happening in India. When this first started I did worry for places like Africa, India and other poorer countries. It didn't seem too bad at first but now Brazil and especially India seem to be having a bad wave.

I was talking to someone who had just returned from a month in Delhi only three weeks ago.....said it was really weird, cos everything was going on as normal. They were having festivals involving thousands mingling together.

On that basis, they only have themselves to blame!

Yep. Some Indian guy was saying that to my wife a couple of days back - that nobody has taken much notice of govt advice and they're just carrying on as normal.

Maybe so, but it's still horrible to see people being admitted to hospital when they don't have the proper care for them.

Have family in India. They are staying home unless it's essential.

Lol f**k off.

Also someone needs to tell Biden that a "rule" is not a law and is not enforceable.

Also good luck enforcing this even if it were a law, you would need about a billion officers wandering around at all times to ask anyone not wearing a mask to show proof of vaccination.

What an asinine tweet.

It's horrible in India at the moment - lots of colleagues there.
More than 50% are off work.

Be careful about the news media in this country - they are talking about 'spikes' which actually is a spike from a massively lower baseline to the last lockdown conditions. Botlon had c400 cases in a week. At the peak earlier in the year the UK was experiencing nearly 500,000 new cases a week.

I think we had our first day of 0 deaths this week.
