Regrets in life?

Postby Cheese » Fri Dec 14, 2007 10:57 pm

Does anyone have any big regrets in life?

obviously some things are personal but i have a few my biggest being that i wished i did what the doctors told me to do when i was much younger, maybe if i had taken the medication i was supposed too and do everything else he told me to do i would be suffering as much as i have done in the past two years. :emb:

Hindsight is a wonderfull thing

yeah,
i was crazy ova this girl, but she didn't like me back and it really ate me up 4 ages,
I regret some of the things that happened between us.
but then i realised she was a bit of a slag and we fell out.
i'm so glad to be rid of her lol.
she made me realise some stuff about people.

True.

I'm always telling myself "everything happens for a reason, good or bad"

i do agree i am who i am and my past is what made me and i wouldn't change myself but i do look back and think i shouldn't have been so scared of hospital's and refuse treatment when i was younger :8:

I agree with Fordy in a way...my regret would be how long I stayed with my ex for. But if I didn't, then I wouldn't have met Fordy and be the happiest I have ever been :3:

Regrets in life?

Postby SE13 » Sat Dec 15, 2007 12:25 pm

I think the only regret I have is not staying in the radio industry. I used to work for a commercial radio station, and do voice-overs for The IBA (Radio) across England, including Capital, BRMB, Viking, Pennine and Hallam among others. When Viking was taken over, I wasn't in their plans, so instead of trying another avenue, I walked away completely. Who knows how far I could have gone, I shall never know now. I do still have a hand with our local BBC Station, but it's only for writing purposes and for the mostpart voluntary.

However, had I have stayed in radio, I certainly wouldn't live here now, therefore would never have met Mrs SE13, and The World would be void of Steven, Adam, Kayleigh and Thomas, my monsters.

Perhaps it isn't a regret after all.....
