Shootings in Paris

Postby Callum » Fri Nov 13, 2015 9:38 pm

Multiple incidents across Paris tonight involving gunmen. Grenades reportedly thrown outside the Stade de France. Looks like there are multiple casualties.

A guy in Paris was recording a Periscope video that's just ended.

At 1:45 you can hear an explosion. At 12:00 you can hear shooting.

There's a hostage situation with 60+ people at a concert hall where the Eagles of Death Metal were playing. Incidents outside the Stade de France were two suicide bombers supposedly.

Now 26+ people confirmed dead.

TBH I find this all a bit weird.

What in fks name does anyone gain out of this?

There are only two reasons why this is or should be happening.

Western Governments funding Muslim Extremists to destabilize the region and give them a constant excuse to invade oil rich countries (which we already know to an unknown extent this is true, America has been meddling in the Middle East as early as the Shah of Iran).

Two, Muslim Extremists pushing propaganda to keep their organisations alive, they don't have power without their orgs, however surely this is more for keeping power back in their home countries, the Taliban never ventured out of Afghanistan, they didn't want / or need to.

Reason three is synonymous with reason one so is one and the same, Western Gov keep killing their families so they strike back?

What makes me laugh is how the average joe down the local pub gets their back up about an issue which is way above their head.
Like most of these things the blame squarely lies at the feet of YOUR politicians.

All of it, immigration is a government controlled idea, Terrorism is a Gov funded activity (fact), just wish people were intelligent enough to work it out.

Reports are saying at least 40 dead.

What a sad, sad day.

I got a bad vibe when I heard the explosion sounds live on TV - and even the players halted for a moment. Can't even imagine what people in Paris are going through.
