Is it just me or why do lawyers dance around the subject opening wounds to be cross examined that have nothing to do with the actual point?

I can actually see now how some guilty people get away with murder.

We get a load of theatrics and side stories and I'm talking about the ones started by the prosecuting council not the defending.

You have the defence tearing into witnesses making the case look weak when some of these witnesses have little bearing on the actual situation and the prosecution are bringing these witnesses to the stand .......... for what, to describe that the scene was upsetting? we can see that all from the video.

What happens then is you have upset amatuers of the public being brought to the stand then the defence winds them up and then makes out that they were causng a hostile environment and that is why Chauvin killed Floyd ........ yes, a ridiculous fkin defence but that's what they're going with.

The British police are fkin disgusting in some areas and they never get held to account, I don't know how they legally get this protection but they are never taken to task for things like this and its for things like this where I agree they should be lit up, in the press and everything.

For some reason they were just out to destroy this mans life and succeeded, how can this happen with no evidence?

The establishment in England is far to insulated and protected, they sweep things under a bureaucratic rug and it remains hidden and buried most times.
