Phil71 wrote:Jews have been persecuted for thousands of years. They were persecuted by the Greek and Roman empires throughout which being a *** was punishable by death. They were persecuted in every country they fled to. In Muslim countries they were killed in their thousands for not converting, across the Christian world they were persecuted for over a thousand years for being responsible for the death of Christ. In modern history they were persecuted across Russia and Eastern Europe through state sponsored pogroms. Throughout these times they were refugees. Seeking refuge from persecution. The culmination of course was the events of the 1930s and 40s, where they again became a people seeking refuge. The trouble was nobody wanted them. They were left to the mercy of the Nazis and murdered in their millions. Because they had nowhere to go.

That alone is enough to justify the existence of the state of Israel. If it happens again, Jews, no matter how many, will always have somewhere to go.

And they didn't invade Palestine. They have always been there. They won a civil war.

You wouldn't be saying that if they rocked up and made a country out of Birmingham though would you?
Then started spreading their borders along the South East coast.

The fact is the Jews who were already in Palastine didn't have any issues, it was the foreigner's who were drafted in from Europe.
The Jws who settled into Palastine were not even Middle Eastern, they were the more European ones from Poland etc, Ashkenazi, they've not been in the Middle East for over 1,000 years, some people question if they're even Middle eastern at all because a lot of the European Jews are actually Khazar's or at least that's the theory.

Any way it is what it is, but are you saying Palastinians should just let themselves get invaded?

Any country that has taken up arms against another is guilty of it,
The fact that countries target civilians is another issue, however there rarely admit they target civilians.
This conflict is exactly what every large nation needs in the world crisis happening today, it will take the heat of Corona virus and its economic repercussions and camouflage the spending on military and defense for the large nations

Same as germans bombing cities in the war, and the Americans dropping bombs anywhere in the same war.
Like I said they all do it done it and have the badge in every conflict.
Targeting civilians is never good but to say it isn't part of the game is naive.
Nz has even been guilty of it in Afghanistan.
It's probably the openness of it that upsets.
You could just drop an atom bomb it's not like that hasn't been done twice before on civilians

Muslim children so don't matter apparently

If it was the other way and Israeli kids of terrorists were murdered, we'd never hear the end of it

Hundreds of rockets fired into Israel by the Palestinian terrorist state.
The reaction from Israel is not unexpected.
Sad, but not unexpected.

No body likes children to be hurt ever, or a needless conflict.
But there is money to be made here this is what pays alot of the large nations Bill's .
There will be arms deals to be done to recuperate these rockets.
That's the way of the world.
Planet would be lovely without humans

And the expected hypocrisy from some corners.

By some accounts you'd think there was no aggression from the Palestinians.

And certain celebrities from the sports world wouldn't give two fucks if the people in the place being bombed by Israel were not muslims, and neither would the usual suspect on here. No muslims, no problem for them.

Hand held rockets compared to Fighter Jet bombings and tanks? the death toll alone makes your point moot.

10 Israeli's compared to 182 Palestinians and you want to talk about aggression and comparing stats?

Also and more importantly, who started all this by continuously swallowing up land that isn't there's and treating Palestinans as sub human?

Just because Palestinians dare to fight back you malign them for it?

If I showed maps that showed Israel in the 1950's compared to today land wise maybe then you'd get the picture.
