No-one ever gets banned for just one post alone unless the post in question is so severe there's no alternative.
That's without even taking into account his lengthy history of permanent bans across multiple accounts and the fact that the mod team gave him yet another chance.
I can't believe this still needs elucidating, but people love a good old moan regardless of what's being done.
