There was a documentary on TV some years back where a group of tribesmen from a South Pacific island came to the UK to see how we live.

In one scene they were in Manchester city centre. One of them asked why there were some people sleeping in the street, and he was told they were homeless and had nowhere else to sleep. The guy looked around at all of the buildings, and asked, "Why can't they sleep inside one of these buildings?"
