Have you had any breathing issues with it yet? I love the look and demeanor of the dogs, but over here they have nothing but health issues that end up costing thousands.

I'm a pitbull fan myself. Lovely dogs, great look, very loyal and high energy. Not for people with a non active lifestyle though.

I don’t know. Pitbulls will work their arse off all day long if you ask them to, but generally they don’t need much exercise. A good long walk twice a day is usually enough.

And yeah, they are loyal, and are lovely dogs. Best dog out there IMO.

I haven't had a full blooded one yet, just mixed, but have always heard you need to keep them active to burn off that energy. But good to know.

Well I guess it depends on the individual dog. Some dogs of all sorts of breeds are high energy, some medium, and some are low. You can usually tell when they’re pups if you watch them for a while. The ones who are naturally high energy then are likely to stay that way, and those that are more chilled will do the same. So go and see the litter together and pick one that suits you.

In my experience most pitbulls do like a bit of a run out when they’re younger, but no more than most dogs. They’re usually happy to chill out on a soft bed. They’re such a great breed. They take interest in everything you do. If you’re fixing something like your car for example, or putting flat pack furniture together, they’ll sit and watch you like an apprentice. When you open the toolbox their head is straight in there. Hilarious.

The electrics on my dashboard in my Merc have gone down.

I could kill someone.

Indicators don't work, speedometer, nada.

Fkin p*ss take, got to pay for a hire car and all sorts and I'll be lucky to get my car back by next week.

Do not need this hassle, was on my way to the gym as well to start off my NY training!

NY training starting mid Feb.Classic.

I know everyday of 2019 you've been saying "today is the day".

Lol I know how it goes, kind of in the same boat but for an MMA gym.

No not at all I made a very firm decision to start in Feb, in Jan I was just adapting back to my diet, that's tough enough to start with without training and clucking for calories.

I have had enough January's to know over here it snows and get you get all the BS freezing nights, restarting back at work from the holidays etc so I annually will look to February.

Have you heard about this new Carnivore diet.

People trying it saying they've lost loads of weight etc but I just can't see how it can be good for you?

Eating so much red meat and no veg or carbs?

I can't function without some carbs, I try not to over do it but veg tastes crap without carbs and if you have none you end up adding fat to meals so it doesn't taste like slave food.

My usual work day diet ..............

Morning - Peanut butter Wholemeal sandwich

Lunch - Half a bowl of Bran flakes

Dinner - Chicken, 1/2 portion of rice, salad or Lamb, Baked potato, peas

1,500 cals Monday - Thursday

What do you recon? this is a gradual weight loss diet by the way hence the cal numbers.

Are you only trying to lose weight? Or are you trying to tone and build muscle too?
